The Mission of Prince George County Public Schools, in partnership with parents and the community, will provide a rigorous educational program in a safe environment that prepares all students for post-secondary education and the workforce and to be responsible citizens in a global society.

Principal's Message:

Welcome to Prince George High School.  We are located in Central Virginia in Prince George County.  Our population consists of 10th through 12 grade county students and those who live on the Fort Lee Military Installation.

For parents of all students, the teachers, administration, counselors, and support staff are dedicated to make sure that every learner at Prince George High School will have a successful and rewarding academic experience.

Your students have been working diligently during the first and second quarters in their classes, in athletics, and through club and activity participation. Their hard work has been showing in the success that they are having in the classroom, through the victories in sports, and the many club activities that have occurred over the last few months.

As we enter the second semester, I would encourage you to continue to take an active role in your student’s education. For Juniors and Seniors, it would be an excellent idea to reach out to the guidance department for post-secondary planning. The counselors have a wealth of information related to scholarships, college admissions, and SAT registration. This information will assist you and your student in planning for their future after they graduate.

We are eagerly looking forward to the start of the Second Semester, and the faculty and staff will do all we can to ensure that your student is provided with valuable learning experiences.
